Customer Premises Equipment Installer (CPE Installer)
installs and configures equipment located in customer's home; coordinates installation appointments w/customer; portal usage;
MAINTENANCE
Infrastructure Maintenance Personnel
Directly responsible for maintaining wired and wireless network infrastructure equipment; inspect, repair, and otherwise maintain network components; maintain, inspect, and repair solar-powered equipment;
ADMINISTRATION
Network Administrator
Active Directory administrator;
Installation Coordinator
Will coordinate w/CPE Installers to ensure that installations happen quickly and efficiently;
Project Manager / Engineer
monitors and reports on network installation and management process for each area; uses virtual mapping tools;
